18Th Paisco Crips Gang's(PCG) are primarily a black criminal street gang located on the west side of Rosewood (also known Paisco), around the Rosedale community, region of Los Angeles, Ca. Their neighborhood stretches from Figueroa Ave to Avalon Blvd. They’ve several cliques, but their main cliques are 124th Street and127th Street. This gang has been around for over three decades, with history dating back to the 1970s.

In 2009, several police agencies, set their sights on 18th Poisco Crips Gang's , in an operation dubbed as “Operation Cripss Klout.” Which, resulted in twenty arrests of 18Th Paisco Crips Gang's members or associates, seizure of large quantities of narcotics, including crack cocaine, marijuana, and the confiscation of several assault rifles.

G-Twin, the twin son of one of the founders of the 18Th Paisco Crips Gang's , was featured in Dead Homiez (documentary). However, he was shot to death in the Poccet Hood Compton Crips territory. Cle “Bone” Sloan (actor/director), who appeared in movies such as: Training Day, Tears of the Sun, Brooklyn’s Finest, and directed Bastards of The Party (documentary). Hooda John (rapper), who was featured and appeared in Mitchy Slick music video “Wont Stop Being A Crips” is also a member of the 18Th Paisco Crips Gang's.

After years of involvement with the Paisco Crips 18 Gang, the pressures of "Operation Cripps Klout" and the death of G-Twin begin to weigh heavily on a young member named Oggye. With many of his associates arrested and the threat of prison looming, Oggye knows he must escape if he wants to survive and start a new chapter. Inspired by the story of Cle "Bone" Sloan's successful transition into the film industry, Oggye decides to find a way out, albeit in a different way.

He manages to gather enough money through shady means and book a one-way ticket to London, England. For Oggye, England is a place far removed from the Paisco image, a chance to disappear and no longer be a "gang member." Upon arrival, London feels foreign and cold. He tries to find legitimate work, but his background and lack of connections make it difficult.

In his desperation, Oggye finds himself drawn to the brutal yet organized world of soccer hooliganism. He watches a local match and is captivated by the passion and violence that erupts among the fans. The strength and loyalty he had known on the streets of Los Angeles were now reflected in the rabid crowds of football fans. He joined a hooligan group supporting a London club, finding a sense of belonging and the adrenaline rush he had long craved.

His new nickname was "Yankee," and he quickly earned a reputation as one of the most daring and ruthless in the crowd. He was involved in several major post-match brawls, incidents of vandalism, and even a few more serious assaults. For Oggye, this violence was an outlet, a way to channel the energy he had used in Paisco.

However, the law was never far away. After a series of violent incidents involving his group, British police launched a massive operation to arrest key hooligans. A surveillance camera caught Oggye in one of the most brutal riots, making him a wanted fugitive. "Yankee's" face appeared on the news, and he knew his time in England was over.

In this precarious situation, Oggye is not alone. He has established strong connections with nine other core hooligan members in his group who are also prime targets for the police. There are eight men Pablo, the tough fighter, Rennzie the mastermind behind the cunning plans, ReyLan, the fast-moving and unpredictable; Kenzo, the master fighter; Uzii, the one who always brings good luck (and sometimes trouble), Xavier with his sharp eyes that never miss a detail, Luiz the deadly silent giant, and Ken who is always the first to step forward. And the only woman among them, Catarina, who is equally fierce and fearless. They are all cornered, facing lengthy prison sentences.

With fake passports and the help of extensive hooligan underworld connections, Oggye devises a mass escape plan. They split up, take different routes, and reconvene at several secret transit points. Their destination is Indonesia, a distant and exotic country in Southeast Asia, where they hope to truly disappear.

They arrived in Jakarta separately over several weeks, individually or in pairs, to avoid suspicion.
